Criar um plug-in de painel HTML e de barra de ferramentas combinado

Com um único manifest.json, é possível inicializar uma barra de ferramentas e um painel HTML, oferecendo uma variedade de tipos e ferramentas de interface do usuário, todos carregados no mesmo diretório.
