결합된 HTML 패널 및 도구막대 플러그인 작성

단일 manifest.json 을 사용하면 도구막대와 HTML 패널 모두를 초기화하여 동일한 디렉토리에서 로드된 다양한 UI 유형 및 도구를 제공할 수 있습니다.
